Yesterday was a total rest day. I worked out every day after work last week (2x boxing, 2x boot camp, 1 x weights), so I think I earned a rest. And I didn't get up until after 11am yesterday morning... Most of the day was gone anyway! I ended up meeting a friend for coffee, and rediscovered peppermint mochas from Starbucks. Be still my heart. I may get fat again, just from peppermint mochas... YUMMY.
This morning I did the super fitness thing and ran to the gym, then did my workout. Dad picked me up so I didn't have to run home again. It was a good run except for an insane head wind. I felt like I should have been flying, but I looked like I was on Bay Watch. It was that strong! I really pushed myself at the gym, and even added extra stuff in that isn't on my program. I love working out, it keeps me sane!
I had lunch with my ex today. It was really nice. Just chatting and catching up, no pressure. We have seen each other a handful of times in the past couple of weeks. We still enjoy each others company. Afterwards we went shopping for clothes. Nothing for me (I actually have to start saving for my trip). Later I met with a friend for coffee, and did the food shopping.
So that is my weekend. Eating was OK, but the drinking on Friday probably threw my calories for a loop... Not much damage on the scale, so that's good news :) Now, I should get on with my planning for next week!
Oh, as a side note, last week I said I had a couple of dates with a boy. Yeah, we aren't seeing each other anymore. Just wasn't gonna work out.
