I AM being consistent with my exercise - ST each morning, walking between 2 to 5 miles most days.
I AM being consistent with my nutrition and water - lots of water, aiming for low fat and lean protein and whole grain and fruit or veg each meal.
I'm also getting my 7 to 8 hrs of sleep each night. And I'm living a mostly unstressful life on the road.
What I'm NOT being consistent about is tracking online - anything! I'm tracking when we have internet access and the time to do it. I'm not tracking when we're trekking through ancient forests, or playing on the beach, or wandering around quaint villages.
But I'm having fun!
