Back at the end of the day. The bacon and collard greens held me essentially to dinner; just had a 16 oz. tea around 4 pm.
Dinner: 2.5 medium hamburgers, tomato slices (still from this summer's garden), and sprouts.
Dessert: a few squares of dark chocolate (no dairy - I checked), almonds & dates, and herbal tea. To be eaten while composing for SP with jazz on the radio and rain outside.
Thought to take away: as we were finishing the burgers my wife remarked on how we'd gotten quite used to eating them without buns. Very true. How we have changed in the past year!
