I was not feeling like it, my body was up for nothing.. but by the end of the day I did 30 min treadmill :D
I ate healthy, 2 number up on my fat for the day and a little too much salt :/
I still glad I ate pretty good.. and all my veggies and fruits.
Tomorrow will be my rest day so no work out. Might eat out for dinner not sure yet.. but I will make sure to eat withing my calories.
Now I'm exhausted and wanna rest some
