I always like to walk on my treadmill in the morning. But lately I've got off track still doing it but later. I want to try working in 24 to 28 in moring and then 15 to 20 in afternoon or maybe 24 an 24 not sure what to do still trying to get my strengh training in twice a week haven't got there yet I get so frusted with myself trying to figure it out it drives me crazy It seem everytime I get it worked out something pops up today it making potato salad for work potluck the other day it was my daughter and kids Love them all but they make me crazy I'm going to suceed at this just got stick to a plan I don't want to take anymore meds my blood pressure and thyroid are enough I know thats not alot I just don't like taking meds always forgetting wish me luck
