Updating my status

I've been sick all week with a cold. I hate how that derails me, but since I'm feeling better will plan on getting back on the train tomorrow. I started this SparkCoach thing and I'm trying to decide if it's worth it to continue. I still have another month to go so will wait and decide then.

I am just using Walk Away the Pounds DVD's for now while I'm finishing up school. After that, time to dig out all the other DVD's and formulate a workout schedule.

    DH and I both dealt w/ head colds this week. But we are on the mend... (It didn't help much that ds brought it home last week.)
Drinking extra water helps, as does the hot water+lemon juice+honey I used to deal w/sore throat & some cough.

    i have been feeling lethargic too ,bu i am forcing myself to keep up with my exercise challenge of trying to do all the cvdeos i own at least 1 time before the end of the year.

    Good that you're feeling better. As long as you get yourself right back on track, illness isn't something you can prevent. (Though, as you get healthier and stronger and more fit, you may indeed find you get sick less often.)
