Officially Under 200!!!!

I hit a milestone today! While I usually weigh everyday, it helps me maintain perspective about weight fluctuations and is motivating to workout, today was my first weigh-in day under 200. I came in at 198.6.
And all I can say is...
Hahaha. It feels great to be finally under 200. While I'm not on track to meet my ultimate goal, I keep losing weight. The scale is going in the right direction. I also lost another inch off my hips.
I can barely describe the euphoria. I went from 220 in July to 198.6 in the middle of November.
Also, I did (barely) meet my 8 lb loss for October, and while my original gift was to be a new book, instead I got something a little more feminine.
While I was sick during the transition from October to November, and for the majority of November so far, I am finally feeling better, but I now realize I hadn't set any goals for November. I started this month at 201, I'm at 198.6, that's just over a pound a week. I'll try for 4 more pounds this month (6 would be preferable, but pushing it).
I think my latest weightloss has been surprising since I haven't exercised in three and a half weeks while I was sick. And I didn't really change my eating. I just ate when I was hungry, and didn't when I wasn't. I guess I was probably eating less, since I wasn't as active. We will see. I have started walking because I still have problems breathing, but it will get better, I won't push it. And I will not stuff myself this coming Thursday.
