Winter Plans for Taz!

For Fall, I did not do as well as I had hoped. We were traveling so much that I just did not have time. I did get on SP nearly every day to spin, read a few things and see who left me this or that. I started tracking my food, but finally just tracked produce and water. We took several long walks, which were great! I finished the deep cleaning here - garage with hubby and a nephew, mold off walls, furniture, and mattresses in basement. I also raked and moved leaves several times - that was a great workout!!! I have prepared 2 studies and spoken four times. Have two Christmas engagements coming up in a couple of weeks. I started online studies 4 weeks ago and am loving it altho it is taking more time than I imagined it would. Nights are short with all that must be done.
We have been to at least 4 church dinners and will be at another one tomorrow! Wonderful food - goodbye total control; hello fluffy waist! Pleased to say that I have been able to keep to the vegetarian eating with an occasional egg and fish for B12. Thanksgiving is going to be a lot of fun. I'm hoping for good weather. Sun would be nice! Most of the Christmas gifts are purchased - just a few left to get. Have a couple of projects underway that must be finished by the end of the year: a gift album, a research paper, a wedding dress to shorten, clothing to sort and take to a thrift store, and some totes to sort through and repack.
Thinking about the next few months and what I hope to accomplish. Although I've had a lot of desk work to do every day, I have been getting up to do something active at least every 30 - 45 minutes. Early in the year, we hope to make my home desk a stand-up work station, which I know I will enjoy. I've been using a dresser much of the time here which works okay. Gotta get to bed - Sunday meetings coming!
Just ordered this great exercise DVD! I will need to use it during study breaks - next quarter I have doubled classes to 2 and one is supposed to be tough. I'm stepping up to the challenge. Not sure if it's courageous or stepping into the abyss!!!
