Hello to all my spark friends! It's been a while since I bloged,so I wanted to fill you in on my progress. I've been exercising for a while now and my eating has been hits and misses. This week I have been focusing on my eating and although I didn't stay on plan 100%,I still managed a 1.9 loss this week. Since today starts a new week for me, I will again be focusing on staying on plan at dinner and the rest of the night. I even have a plan for Thanksgiving! Thanks for all the support,it's keeping me accountable!
