OK Group...Have a ?. Today is my second day on maintenance due to being told by my leader yesterday that my BMI is too low (I am 5 foot 5 inches and weigh 126 lbs. even) and I have 33 points a day now. Today so far I have eaten all but 14 points plus. I don't want to pig out on the rest of them. Today's menu is below. What should I have and where do I need to fill in gaps?.
Breakfast: Cream of wheat, fat free milk (both green diamond foods)--5 points plus.
Lunch: 3 slices turkey lunch meat on low calorie wheat bread, carrots-5 points plus
Activity: Won't know points plus values of the last 2 days of activity for 7 more days as that is when assessment from active link ends.
Dinner: Turkey sub sandwich (turkey, cheese, lettuce, avocado spread, tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts, cucumber and mustard on a low carbohydrate lettuce wrap)--5 points plus
Dessert so far: fat free frozen yogurt 1/2 cup--3 points plus and 2 marshmallows--1 points plus
Also on maintenance if I lose weight, do I add points or subtract points and if I gain weight, what do I do about my points plus tally?.
