Thanksgiving week...going to be hard

This is one of the hardest weeks for me in terms of eating. I only eat this type of food once a year so I want to be able to enjoy it. I am going to follow the advice of my fellow Starlets and eat small amounts and try to eat only once. One plus is that we are eating at noon so I can hopefully burn it off. I really want to be down to 165 by December 31 but I doubt that will be possible so the best I can hope for is 173. At this point I am just really sick of always having to think about losing weight.

    It is frustrating. Just remember to try to eat food that you enjoy. If diet food doesn't tast good then find some new foods. I am part of a coop for veggies and fruits and it has really broadened my horizons. This journey seems long, but we will get there! emoticon emoticon
