Well, the title says it all. I weighed in today and the dial moved ever so slightly in the right direction. I'm happy about that.
It's the weekend and I'm home. The most I can hope for is maintenance. Not a lot of healthy foods to choose from but it shouldn't stop me from making healthy choices.
Did some research on Achilles' tendon injuries. The best I can come up with is achilles paratendonitis. Rest and ice is the solution. I'll rest for a couple of days and start biking on Monday and continue biking for a few days giving my tender tendons time to heal.
Did my training plan for half #17 and official training doesn't start until Nov 26 so I have time to rest. I also found some exercises to do to, hopefully, help the situation.
