A couple of nice things to say about yesterday. Number one: I exercised! I swam for half an hour. Yay! Number two: I lost a couple of more lbs. I'm down 19 lbs. now. Yay! I'm pretty happy about that. I'm still ahead of schedule. Yes!
So my day yesterday was swimming with my dad, shopping with my mom and my daughter and I went to get new tires on the car.
Food - I went over on my calories a little. This no internet thing is killing my diet, but the swimming probably helped that.
