Yes, I made it!
My goal this week was to burn 2000 calories! I'm following the Simple Diet and they suggest a goal of 2000 calories burned for the week. After doing some figuring, I found that I was not burning enough calories. It really wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be. I added a couple cardio workout videos from Tiffany Rothe and continued to walk 2x a day. That's what got me to my goal.
I went over because I helped my Mom move some boxes, up stairs for 3 hours on Saturday. That was the icing on the cake. When I did get home, I passed out on the bed and stayed there. LOL, I'm worn out now. Tomorrow, I need to go grocery shopping and walk 2x and that will be it for the day!
Next weeks goal will be the same - 2000 calories burned! No slack for me just because of the holiday! I'll be working out on Thanksgiving Day, too!
