Nov 17 2012 Fall 5% Challenge Day 43

I treated myself to a pair of boot that I ordered from avon and some make up :)
My 20 pound total weight loss combined with the 10 from this challenges goal :)
I am looking forward to keeping on going and getting smaller one pound at a time. :)

I covered the max activity limits for the challenge by doing my 5 min of activity/exercise 24 times. :)

10 cups of water break down.
2 breakfast 1 snack 1 lunch 1 afternoon snack 1 dinner 6 before bed
Body hydrated amount from spine doctor, take your weight divide it in two and drink that amount of water in oz

I am now 183 lbs :)
183/2=91.5oz
91.5/8=11.4375 so rounded up to 12 cups per day to stay hydrated :)
