After working out consistently for a week I've had to miss my last two planned workouts, my body has decided that being very sick would be more fun. My lungs are feeling pretty ragged, got a nasty cough, and lots of congestion and exhaustion. It's crappy timing because I'm just starting to get into the swing of being motivated, and now there's this huge roadblock. Hopefully it doesn't last long.
