FFF challenge week...whatever this is

So the challenge was to replace a processed food with something else. This wasn't terribly difficult cuz I don't eat much in the way of processed food these days. I did try a new homemade salad dressing and it is the bomb. I with I knew how to do links or..well anything on the iPad which is my weapon of choice right now since my laptop crashed. Cuz I got the recipe on Pinterest. Anyway it was olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion powder, oregano, basil.... Just a bunch of herbs really. Super simple, super delish. So I've been using that and am always looking for homemade dressing ideas cuz I don't really like store bought dressing.

I like eating non-processed on the whole. I slip up sometimes but I eat sooooooo much cleaner than I used to and I see a huge difference in my energy level, complexion, mood. And I just feel like a more responsible human being. The food industry is out of control and we vote with our money. Buying local and not supporting the corporations who market chemicals and advertise it as food when all it does is make us sick and fat and unsatisfied is very very important to me. Buy local! Buy organic! Know your farmer! Support your farmers market!

    I need to look up some salad dressings to make at home because that sounds great! It feels great to eat cleaner than I have my whole life so congrats on you doing the same! Keep it up!
