okay, i have to add to my previous entry. i just had soup, a piece of toast with margarine, followed by a cookie. i was feeling bored and decided to eat this to make me feel better. it worked, but now i feel guilty for going 600 over my calorie max.

i think that yogurt and muesli is probably not the best snack because its quite calorie-laden. i looked at the calories again and its over 500 just for yogurt and muesli; no honey, nothing else.

Its funny that I have it in my head that yogurt and muesli is healthy, but maybe it isn't so healthy. Or maybe its healthy compared to a donut but not compared to a more balanced meal. I realize now that if I had had the soup, toast, cookie instead of the yogurt and muesli, I would have had the 'dinner' feeling and felt more balanced. Ending the day with yogurt and muesli just does not feel quite right.
