Dang.. Not happy about this

Saturday, November 17, 2012

I was on my treadmill today and it decided it was going to punk out. I think the motor has burned up or at least it smells like it has. I will need to start mapping out routes in this bitter cold.. The gym down the street is also something Im plan to look into. I normally hate going into the gym just because I hate being around all those really tiny people that say oh im so fat and all that.. Annoyance. I did get 2 miles in before my treadmill broke though. I do plan to do more cardio though before the day is done. Probably so I can get another mile in somehow. Maybe Ill mix it up and do some interval training before the day is out. As of right now. Tomorrow- Strength Training.

I guess really thin people that live at the gym don't really get how hard others of us have to work to get where they are

Hope something works out for you, I tried the gym route a long time ago and never felt comfortable either.

Sorry to hear about your treadmill. If you joint the gym, don't think about what other may think of you. You are a great person!

Sorry to hear abut your treadmill but at least you have been using it. I broke my exercise bike and a stretchie band. Also wore out my shoes. Sounds like you already have a plan to continue exercising. Don't worry about the other people at the gym, remember you are worth it.
