Strawberry Patch Nachos
.
.
Ingredients:

24 (about 4 oz.) light or baked tortilla chips
1 1/2 cups fresh fruit such as halved grapes, sliced bananas and berries
1/4 cup Smucker's® Natural Creamy Peanut Butter OR
Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Smucker's® Low Sugar™ Reduced Sugar Strawberry Preserves OR
1/4 cup Hungry Jack® Sugar Free Butter Flavored Syrup
Ground cinnamon

Directions:

1. PLACE half the tortilla chips on a serving platter. Cover with half the fresh fruit.

2. PLACE the peanut butter in a resealable food storage bag; microwave on HIGH (100% power) 20 seconds. Knead until thinned. Cut a small corner from the resealable bag. Squeeze the bag to drizzle half the peanut butter over the chips. Spoon dabs of preserves over tortilla chips. Repeat process with remaining chips, fruit, peanut butter and preserves.     What an interesting recipe, I've never seen anything like it. I'll have to try it, I imagine you could use any nut butter and fruits. Thanks for the idea.
