So, Christmas is almost here again and BLC ends well before the holiday, so I am trying to get goals in place to take me through the holidays without faling apart.
I love to bake for the holidays and now that my grandmother is 89 and has been in poor health, I am taking over her knack for making dozens and dozens of delicious cookies. This is a big downfall for me.
I need to make small, attainable goals.
There are 2 weeks left in November. I have two goals for these two weeks:
* Get down into the 260's (about 8 pounds)
* Move to my next level of Spark Points (about 400 points)
These are both very easily attainable if I give even half an effort, so I am going for it!
