Now on Break

I have no grading to do, my lesson plans are done, and I've cleaned the shower in the master bathroom. My husband and I went to the library while our son was playing in the band at his high school's football playoff game. They won, so we will have a game on Friday afternoon. I'd like to chaperone that one since it's earlier in the day.
I went grocery shopping this morning and came back to a quiet house. The guys had stayed up until 2:00 A.M. playing Call of Duty 2. Why not? I will get them off the PS3 when I'm ready to do something else. I feel good and plan to enjoy a nice dinner out with my girlfriends tomorrow. We get together for each other's birthdays albeit not always in the same month, but we make every effort! My son has a hair cut on Tuesday morning and needs to read The Odyssey - just the first quarter or so, practice his Spanish, and work some geometry problems to keep sharp for a test after the break. We'll do a little bit each day, so it won't be a drag. This kind of schedule doesn't bother me in the least. I guess I'd better heat up some enchiladas for lunch today since I don't want to pick anything up for lunch. Life is good, but God is better than good. ¡Ciao!
