I want to get up and go....but be lazy at the same time

Half my house is sick again. I just feel blah today. I want to get up and go but then again I don't. How do you overcome that? A nap sounds so good right now. Maybe I should go walk on the treadmill for 10 minutes while I contemplate that.

    I've found the only way to motivate myself to doing something is to DO IT. If I'll just get up and make myself do something, I find I'll do more. Wish there was a magic pill for you, but if there were it would most likely have awful side effects! emoticon

    I was going to suggest giving yourself permission to do just 10 minutes. Inertia is quite amazing, isn't it!

    Sometimes it is good to take a day off. But if that leads to several days off, then you need to exercise your Resolve and Determination

    Walking helps to clear my sinuses (I have a sinus infection right now and the first bout of antibiotics didn't completely get rid of it). It MIGHT make you feel more energized.
