Just a short progress note: hence journaling
I am glad that day one is over. I did well
I started my day with God. That so helps.
I went to the gym and did 60 minutes of cardio and strength training
I wrote in my journal
And I checked everything I put in my mouth.
I have to say that I went to bed a little early so that I didn't night time eat.
I did not get in all the water I wanted but I will keep trying on this.
But I am pleased with day one. On to day two.
