I don't really have anyone trying to sabotage me, in my healthy living. I myself can be my own worst enemy. My plan now is to keep a daily menu, which includes snacks. If I feel like having a piece of choc. or a pastry, I do it in moderation. With the holidays coming, I'm already thinking a head of the days. I have selected some desserts from Sparkpeople and I'm already for my new pumpkin pie. I've already modified my fat intake for the veggies, and knowing it will be hard I'm opting out of the gravy and skin of the turkey. I want this to be a fantastic Thanksgiving.
