overcoming a set back

I got some good ideas while watching the video for today on spark coach. When I am in a rush, I need to have some quick meals that I can make.
I could have one slice of whole wheat bread
some almond butter with slices of apple on it.
Add some almost milk or perhaps 1/4 cup of non fat greek yogurt and I have a good meal.
However, I need to check the calorie count of this meal and make sure it is under 350 calories.
