Day 275: Blessings Galore!!

Yesterday I felt like I ate too much and was worried about my weight this morning for weigh in. BUT, I woke up, weighed in, and was at my exact goal weight!! At least I over ate on good foods.
Last night we had date night and went to PF Changs which was a real treat. We don't really go to real restaurants very often and they had a great vegetarian menu and gluten free menu. THEN we went to Target and I got footy pajamas!! We came home and popped popcorn (from the kernel in a pot not a bag), curled up on the couch and watched a movie! All together a nice night!

    I've also recently been introduced to GF eating. I have a friend and now a future father in law who have to eat GF because of medical issues. So my FMIL has been buying different bread mixes/cakes mixes and searching for recipes. It turns out that there are a ton of recipes out there. So far I've had gf bread and gf cake and I must say that it wouldn't be a sacrifice to have to eat them! They were gosh darn good! emoticon

    And way to go on making your goal weight! That is so awesome! I haven't yet weighed in for the day, so we will see what is going on there later lol
