Worked out two treadmills over from a decent looking guy tonight. No problem! Definitely a big step for me.
Still irritated over my pumpkin pie smoothie mess.
3rd shift one night, 2nd shift the next is NOT worth the money.
Been staying in my calorie range this week but making some not great choices. Will work on that this coming week.
Slowly increasing the number of fruits and veggies I eat everyday.
Co-workers and I ordered pizza tonight. I only had two slices. (They cut a pizza into 12 slices at the place we order from). I say only because in the past, ONE co-worker and I would split a large pizza. Two slices compared to half a pizza...I'm good with that!
