Starting Over

I haven't been on Sparkpeople in over eight months emoticon I've since gained back everything i've lost and then some. I've finally got my health issues taking care of and my family stresses are no longer an issue. ITS ME TIME!!!! emoticon

List of things i want to achieve:

1. Cut of late night snacking!!!! emoticon

2. Eat more fruits & veggies emoticon emoticon

3. Walk at least 3-5 miles a day emoticon

4. Get at least 7 hours of sleep a night emoticon

5. Play out in the yard with son and two dogs daily emoticon emoticon

6. Pay attention to my emotions when i eat by logging in a journal daily emoticon

7. Get my friends to join me on a new healthy life style emoticon

8. STAY FOCUSED!!!!!!!!! emoticon
