I haven't been on Sparkpeople in over eight months
I've since gained back everything i've lost and then some. I've finally got my health issues taking care of and my family stresses are no longer an issue. ITS ME TIME!!!!
List of things i want to achieve:
1. Cut of late night snacking!!!!
2. Eat more fruits & veggies
3. Walk at least 3-5 miles a day
4. Get at least 7 hours of sleep a night
5. Play out in the yard with son and two dogs daily
6. Pay attention to my emotions when i eat by logging in a journal daily
7. Get my friends to join me on a new healthy life style
8. STAY FOCUSED!!!!!!!!!
