new to spark people, just signed up this morning. I am hoping this website will help me lose the pounds I need off. I am obese with health related issues. I remember back when I was little when I was growing up learning something new my mother always said small changes or baby steps will get you success. I am hoping that stands true with weight loss because that is the theory I am using. Small changes and baby steps, and I know the holidays are right around the corner but if I stick to my word I CAN DO IT ! I am starting off with exercising 10 minutes a day drinking 8 - 8 ounce glasses of water daily and tracking what I eat daily. (fast break goals) and keeping up with the motivation and positive attitude.
