It is midnight, so I will call it 11/17/12. I went to play basketball today, and then hung out with my friends. I admit I had some BBQ wings, which were a cheat, but I planned it, and I feel okay.

I weighed in at 222.6 , which is down 8/10 ths of a lb in the last 2 days, so I am doing well. We'll see how the wings affect me. I don't have another cheat planned till Dec. 1st, if this one goes okay. I have a dinner cooked already, so if I feel hungry, I can eat it. I plan on getting to bed soon though.

This morning I slept 10.5 hours. I got a cold, and was coughing stuff up, and for 2 days I was having trouble breathing a bit. Not enough for me to worry, just very annoying, and I had to concentrate sometimes, to get a full breath. I feel good today though, breathing great. I played for 75 mins today. I think I sprained my left wrist though, when I fell. Hopefully I am fine in a few days. It hurts when I bend my hand backwards.

So I am probably going to wait till my brother gets home, and if I don't feel hungry, I will let him eat my dinner, and I'll go to bed. That way he doesn't have to cook. He worked 10 hours today, and it is his first day back to work since being in the hospital. He was fine when I stopped in, said he felt great. If he can get to sleep, and sleep 8-10 hours, he should be fine for tomorrow. He works 8, and 5 on Sunday. He has most of next week off of school, and except for getting our brakes fixed, we plan to rest the whole week.

I did resist having a Pepsi with my wings. It was kind of weird to eat wings with, but I did it. After doing the cheat, I was disappointed a bit. The wings tasted okay, but it wasn't anything that I feel the need to do again. I think I would feel the same if I had just had my regular dinner. I think hanging out with my friends was more important, and by eating wings, I didn't stick out. The actual cheat food wasn't even that good.

So on Sunday, we'll see if I lose or gain. I am off to read some, and fall asleep. I plan on sleeping in again tomorrow. Have a great weekend.

I will share with you my mother's wisdom...if your wrist hurts when you bend it back then don't bend it back! emoticon She's the reason I like to fix problems lol.

    Hey, well thats pretty neat!

I agree that sometimes having water can "feel" weird to have with foods, but the feeling afterwards is good when you know you didn't cheat yourself!

Isn't so interesting that our perspective of food changes. Former cheat foods aren't that interesting any more.
Hope that cold leaves you alone. Mine is still not completely gone after almost 3 weeks.
Have a great weekend.
