Down 2 lbs!

I've done really well the last several days as far as food goes. Until today that is. I ate like crap today. It was just one of those days where I had to force myself to eat anything though. Exercise has taken a hit. I've not felt well and have been so tired. I will get back on track in the next few days though. I have lost a total of 2 lbs (yay!). Even better, I put on a hoodie today that wouldn't zip the last time I wore it. Not only did it zip but I had room! Now I'm thinking my jeans are actually getting smaller and not just wearing out! I'm just amazed. I've been trying all year to take off the baby weight and it is finally starting to click. Now forward march!

    emoticon on the weight loss! ... Just be as consistent as you can be. With any plan/lifestyle, if you are following the 80/20 principle you will be fine!... Find what works for you.
