Went to weight watchers this morning and I have to work this thursday...

Friday, November 16, 2012

Had a friend take me to weight watchers where I weighed in at 126 lbs. even and recieved a warning by my weight watchers leader (my first) where she said my BMI was too low and she was threatening to kick me out of the program.

I don't know how to track my BMI...I am 5 foot 5 inches tall and weigh 126 lbs. now.

She said she did not want to and for me to eat more. And that is why I have been in maintenance all day today and dealing with eating 33 points plus a day now.

I also bought the active link monitor as that was all the meeting was about today as there was a short little video and then a brochure on it in the meeting.

I figured it couldn't hurt to at least try it out and see what it could do for me. I do hate that it cost me 40 dollars for the unit and then a 5 dollar membership when I am trying like hell to watch my money before christmas, but, it is an investment in my health, so I will take it as that.

I do know that my old pedometer is now dead and buried. After today's activity. what do I need to do to be able to record it on e-tools?.

And on a side note I am scheduled to work thanksgiving. Tried to get it off and my boss who took the call was a real asshole to my mom. So my brother says we will do christmas out there instead.

What is she talking about? A healthy BMI is 18.5 - 24.9. At 126 Lbs and 5'5", you're at a 21. I'm 5'5" and shooting for 125 lbs, or a 20.8 BMI. emoticon When at this BMI a couple of years ago, my doctor sent me to a social worker to determine if I was anorexic. I couldn't believe it. That's when I started packing on the pounds and became obese. Never again will I let someone call me "too Skinny" when I'm in a healthy BMI. Good luck to you!

    I got your message...

I have no idea how to work the active link and all that...I don't have one and our state probably will not get it unless they wave the 5 dollar fee....they are working on it. Does the book it came with help you? Is there a number you can call.

I am sure wws would not kick you out....they will probably make you pay again till you get in the healthy weight range.

I will be interested to see/hear how you like the active link.

Sorry about work....

126 is lower end for being 5'5"... from my calculations it's a 21.
