Hi All my journey has begun

Today I decided that I was going to start off with the xbox kinect version of Nike plus. WOW that was a serious workout. I chose the get lean plan. Which will run every four weeks and of course Im going to have to change it up and add in the running too. This I am hoping will help me out. I have earned nike fuel points which is encouraging me because I want to run a marathon in October of 2013. I think I can do it.

Today I did,
3 sets of 30 seconds running in place with high knees. 3 sets of 20 lunges, as many push ups as I could do in 10 minutes. Then i did balance exercises. Squats, Jumping as high as I could, backwards lunges, omg my legs are hurting. I will get into shape. I need to work hard and get as much water as I can..
