Rotation: Kathy Smith Week

For the first time in nearly two months I can make a rotation. emoticon I am really sore from yesterday's workout. Thats to be expected. It takes time to bounce back from so much time off. I don't expect to make a big holiday meal.

Here is my loose plan for the next week:

Saturday: (tomorrow) New Yoga Basics emoticon (Kathy Smith)
Sunday:
Monday: Kathy Smith Weight Loss Workout (hi/lo emoticon + emoticon weights)
Tuesday: Kathy Smith Time Saver Cardio 40 min. Hi/lo emoticon
Wednesday: Kathy Smith Fat Burning Workout (Hi/Lo emoticon + body weight toning emoticon )
Thursday: Off
Friday: Kathy Smith Cardio Knockout Aerobox emoticon emoticon
Saturday: Fat Burning Breakthrough (step emoticon /weights emoticon )
