Ok this week wasn't so successful weight the scale, but i promised myself i would not beat myself too much over it, as i did loose some inches, so i have to keep thinking in my mind, i lost the fat, and i gained lean muscle. I have to remember that in times like this to keep me going, Because i know i can do it! And i will be hoping for a weight loss next week. It is semi successful this week with my weight though since i did not gain any weight either. And technically as the week's goes and not by dates i am officially here for a month. But not until the 19th of this month will it actually be official.
Week Weigh In
Well i am definitely a muscle gainer this week and a fat looser, which is good better my healthier aspect for my body, but it doesn't help me toward getting a healthier BMI, but i am hopeful that next week will show some weight loss on the scale. With a maintain this week my total remains the same of 1.2 kg / 2.6 lbs for these 4 weeks.
My BMI remains at 42.2 at this stage since i started i have lost 0.4 of my BMI which will eventually get me to the healthy BMI range.
This week's measurements i lost 8 cm / 3.1 inch off my Bust, waist, thigh and upper arm. I did do some extra strength training since with the Wave Runners our challenge was to do wall pushups from Monday to Friday, increasing each day by 5, i guess that helped me towards a leaner me, and i have been doing quiet alot of toning videos aswell. I have now lost a total of 28 cm / 11 inches. That is a great progress, i am not quiet at a dress size down but in that direction i am heading towards. Currently i wear size 20.

7500 Goal?: no, bellow by - 499
My fingers are sore now lol, from catching up with my blogs, i wanted to make this the last blog for the week, knowing this blog has also the tally of how many blogs i did this week. This week i wrote 25 blogs, that is the most i have written in one week, but i guess it is because today being last day of my week i caught up alot of blogs, today alone i managed to write 11 which is 44% of the blogs this week lol.
Weekly Progress on Spark plan
This week i was focusing on the Fast break strategy # 4 : Site Tricks & Tips. I did extremely well on this strategy since it was all about learning the site. I learnt on time saving with sparkpeople, i also even have a few windows open just to go back and forth on things, like on spark groups and my spark page if there happens to be a comment or i am inspired by one of my groups to write a blog, I have labeled a few things to my favourites in tracking so i save time typing it each time. Checking articles to get more information, and talking with some of the sparkpeople workers, is all in the better progress to a leaner and healthier me, i did often get boost of the positive feeling from feedback and advice and just general support, it is a great feeling. I have not quiet asked questions towards the workers of sparkpeople but i have asked questions to leaders of my spark groups now and then we i am a bit puzzled on something or need something clarified to understand the challenge more, they have been a great asset to my sparkpeople learning progress.
Weekly Progress on Goals
Motivational goals are going pretty well. So far i have got 2136 sparkpeople points this month just 864 to go for my 3000 spark points for this month, I listened to a motivational song daily and read a motivational quot daily as well as doing my daily blog, all 3 are combined there aswell. Here i am for a weekly blog for the week and i did sadly only one entry with journalling from the heart this week, if i didn't push it today with my blogs i wouldn't of got that goal for this week, i need to do atleast 2 i think to move forward on a steady progress, although work can be tiring to blog more than one blog on a day, as you can see some days its only my daily blog. Nutrition is coming along ok, i have been eating a healthy breakfast, i had no junk food this week, i tracked my calories but i didn't get my 7500 deferential this week, which is probably the result of me not loosing any weight on the scales and only with measurements, i plan to do better next week. My fitness goals are going well, I have been getting my 40 fitness minutes daily, most i did on one day this week was 145 minutes. I did get my 20 minutes of cardio 5 x this week, I worked on my 28 day boot camp with sparkpeople, i completed week 4 of my 5k training program with sparkpeople. I tracked my fitness daily. My myself goals are coming along just fine, I have been taking my 10 minutes time to myself each day and it does help me relax before i go to bed to meditate. My fun thing this week was watching quiet a good bunch of movies, doing some zumba and going for walks they are always fun. I have been meditating pretty much every day. And this week i watched 4 movies this week, This week i watched Fired Up, Cirque du freak : The Vampire Assistant, The Forbidden Kingdom & Snow white and the Huntsman.
Wii Fit Age
This week my wii fit age was ranged between 20 - 29. Bring a average wii age this week to 24. Which is 1 year younger that what i am actually so that is great. I seemed to have missed checking for today.
