Hey kids hope everyone is all geared for up coming holiday I know we're NOT

Had my surgery Wednesday. Things went good. Doc. says I may have prolonged the idea of a new knee for around 5 to 7 years. That is the good news. The bad is news is well really none to speak of. It was a short surgery only took 43 minutes and I was home by 1:00 in the afternoon. They gave me spinal that was weird. Totally no feeling from my waist down. When the feeling came back and I could walk and us the bathroom they sent me home. Although my fanny had no feeling it for a long time that was so funny.

Didn't do anything for my birthday because I had only been out of the hospital 1 day. Not only that I was walking with a walker. Now I am not using anything. Doc. said I could shower today and take off the dressings which I did. Love the whole idea of indoor plumbing and having that shower Oh Yeah.

Kenny is taking good care of me. Gotta just love that man he is so good. Raining today and really chilly not a chilly as some you have, but for us chilly for sure. No other news here to speak of just waiting for our grand-daughter in Colorado to have that baby that will make number 6 in the great grand children. We have been so blessed with our family.
