I EARNED MY BOOTCAMP T-SHIRT

I completed 13 weeks of Bootcamp and I am very pleased with my insults.

Bootcamp Stats:
Weigh In -
Week #1 = 207.0
Week #13 = 183.8
Total Loss = 23.2 pounds
*I didn't my goal, but I happy with the weight loss.

Measurements -
Week #1 & Week #13
=Chest 43 41
=Waist 43 38 1/8
=Hips 49 45
=R. Thigh 27 25
=L. Thigh 26 25 1/8
=R. Arm 14 13
=L. Arm 14 13
=Inches Loss in 13 Weeks 18 All Over

Fit Test
Beginning & End
-Vertical Leap 8 & 11
-Push Ups 11 & 24 (on toes all the way to ground)
-Toe Touch 0(stretched to toes) & +3(3 beyond)
-Wall Squats 1.04 mins & 1.40 mins
-In & Outs 17 & 35 (need to work on strengthing my back)

I have 23.8 pounds to go to meet my 1st weight loss goal. 6 weeks to the end of the year ...plenty of time to work hard towards meeting it. I feel more determined then ever and I'm not going to sabotage all my hard work during the Holiday's. I love being able to go in my closet and wear some clothes I haven't worn in a couple of years.
