I started a new workout program. Thanks to my friend Natalie, who recommended it. We are doing it together - long distance - but "together". She helps me to be accountable!
We're doing TurboFire. For the past two weeks, I had been gaining weight, not losing it. I needed something new and the timing couldn't have been more perfect to start this program. I decided to start with what is called Inferno. One of those mega workout, low calorie plans, for just 5 day. Whew! I am nearly done with day four. I am feeling so energized. I am never hungry. I am eating so nutritiously. I have had salmon, chicken, beef tonight and pork tomorrow. I'm getting in fruits and veggies I haven't had in a long time and the workouts? They are amazing! I have not had a sweat like that in ages! I have energy all day.
Regardless of what workout program I am doing, I know that what I need now and then is some kind of strict program to follow, even for just a few days. I like structure. Always have. If left on my own, well, I get fat and I don't workout. I can't get bored.

I am seriously looking forward to tomorrows 55 minutes of hard core working out!
