Official 28-Day Bootcamp Workout Challenge - Week 2

Ok here i go into the 2nd week of the Boot camp challenge. Since i struggled with some of the videos of this 7 day boot camp videos, i managed to do the ones i could this week and a mix of other toning videos for the other days.

This week we had to :

1) Follow your 7 day boot camp plan.

We had to do atleast one 10 minute toning video each day, and that is what i did, i think i did about 4 of the boot camp videos this week and others were ones of Victoria's secret, Tiffany Rothe and Denise Austin and their toning videos. I also added 5 days this week for extra cardio, which i aim for atleast 20 minutes for 5 days a week which is usually in the weekdays, and that i did well with.

2) Do one bonus video this week

I did this video twice this week aswell as a few others with you tube. This one of sparkpeople is a 15 minute Qi Gong Routine

3) Track your food

This i have been doing since i started with sparkpeople, i do agree it is a great to help me loose weight. Even though this week i did not loose weight it remained the same but i have gained some muscles as i did loose 3 inches this week :)
