Week 3 of this challenge, i did this challenge some what slower than intended but i guess i made it run with the 28 boot camp challenge that i am doing aswell.
In this week we had to :
1) Try a sparkpeople workout video.
Well this was an easy one to do since i am also working with 28 boot camp, so i am doing some of that into my program and other toning and great videos on sparkpeople, it is awesome.
2) Find something fun to do!

I did alot of walking this week, and i did not do it alone, i walked with my roommate/colleague and some children from the clinic. We talked and laughed and sort of played games on the way, that was alot of fun. I have been also trying something new which a spark friend BARBIE176 introduced me too which was Qi Gong. Which is similar to Thai chi that i have done in the past but this was fun too do aswell.
3) Share your progress
Well here i am on my blog daily sharing my progress, it helps me keep accountable of the things i do and i enjoy the feed backs from other sparkpeople.
