I'm starting to get to the point where the scale is slowing down. I knew this day would come, so today I'll write a little bit about what I'm thankful so far in my Spark Journey:
1) Better Mood- I have more energy, I feel better, and I'm enjoying things more than in the past
2) Auto Pilot- Making healthy decisions is almost in auto-pilot for me. Skipping breakfast isn't an option like it was in the past. I don't even consider going out for lunch. Soda? No way! These aren't even cravings like in the past, healthy living is becoming part of my everyday life.
3) Clothes- My clothes are fitting better (i.e. they are tight, but I don't feel like I'm going to explode out of them)
4) Self Image- I'm more positive and confident than in the past.
Persistence is far more important than perfection. I'm looking forward to the weekend and good days ahead!
