If You Talk the Talk, You Have to Walk the Walk

In keeping with my "No Excuses" blog about exercise, I have set up an exercise schedule which I think will help when I exercise at home.
Every other day, I will use the elliptical. This is most important to keep my knees bending at the right degrees. I have committed to doing this, and I am doing this. :) I will build my time on the machine and have to let my knee dictate that. I am sure the knee will continue to get better, and in time, I may have my old knee back.
On alternative days, I will do my home physical therapy routine.
I still report to the physical therapy place to do strength training two times per week.
When I feel like I need a good release, I will do my hip hop chair dancing. Angritter reminded me of the Beavis & Butthead show today, and I then realized that I am doing Butthead dancing to the hip hop music---oh well.... Whatever feels good is what I say!
I hope everyone is thankful it is Friday, and will have a wonderful weekend.
