An up & down week

*Up* On Saturday I walked 7 miles for the first time ever. It took 2 1/2 hours to do & the last mile was TOUGH but I still did it! A definate UP!

*Down* I've been struggling with the same 1/2 pound the past 3 weeks. My goal was 240 by Thanksgiving & I won't make that. Ok fine.

My hubby said I'm probably gaining muscle because of Couch to 5K in additon to the walking & the scale will catch up soon. OK fine...I've been frustrated with the scale, batteling emotional eating since I've been wanting to talk to my mom & missing her.

*Up* Yesterday I wore a shirt I hadn't been able to wear comortably in 2 years AND it fit better than it ever did. Today it happened again with another shirt. I guess I should try on all of my 2x shirts now!

*Up* I also had to change my WW weigh in outfit because the pants were finally too big!

* UP! UP! UP!* A MAJOR thing happened this week also. My hubby deceided to let me track his points. He is now following the Points Plus program through me because he says he can't afford for both of us to attend WW. I think my success as well as the fact we are too heavy to get medical insurance without going through his employer has made him recognize it is time to tackle HIS weight problem.
