    Take it one day at a time but kudos to you for admitting your downfall instead of, like you said, just posting when things are going well. It's important for you to open up to the community here at SP about your struggles so that we can motivate you and help you overcome them :D

    We all have ups and downs, but it doesn't sound like you're wandering totally off track. Just make a commitment to hit it hard next week! You're right, a girl's gotta live a little. Just keep trying to make healthy choices 80% of the time and live it up that other 20%.

Can't believe your friend stretched your kindness that far! Your flat isn't a storage shed! Haha... but kudos to you for being a good friend! :D Keep up the positive attitude and hit that training session hard!

    Yes, it is good to share the ups and downs of this journey. I have been struggling a bit myself. I use my journal to try to figure out how I can handle the situation that brought me down better next time. I would not go to a "food" fair but you probably figured that one out. I hope you make good choices at the restarant opening. You will do this!

  Hi, to lose excess weight the government guidelines say 60 - 90 minutes of exercise a day, and reduce your intake. Work out at home more, if you are only going to exercise in a gym it will restrict your exercise options ! Keep trying. Vangel Weigh Loss Expert.
