A few of my favorite things

Splenda! I know all the reports that say it's bad for you, but it helps me control the calories

my Polar HRM - tracking workouts, calculating calorie expenditure, it's invaluable

my iPod - makes my running more enjoyable, sets my pace, makes me happy

my Sauconys - lurv Sauconys, I've been wearing that brand for 25 years now!

Road ID - makes me feel safer when I'm on the road in the dark (it's reflective!) or out on the trail

my kitchen scale - I use it daily, especially for things I have a hard time limiting - almond butter - I'm lookin' at YOU!

SparkPeople, of course :-)

These are just a few of my favorite things that help keep me on track in my eating and my workouts.
