Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge

Yesterday had craving for chocolate - while at store looked & looked for something ended up walking away. End of work day ended up having 2 hershey milk chocolate miniatures. Craving never left - but opted for something small. It felt like a real victory for me.

  I didn't do a very good job over the Thanksgiving Holiday, but have gotten myself back on track and back into this challenge. I am working on substituting fruit for chocolate....

  Thank you both for the encouragement - I'll read & watch the recommendations. Wish I had viewed this earlier - went over a cliff today - didn't eat before running errands - ending up having peanut butter cookie & later a scone ( how I hate to admit that)! The good outcome was it certainly didn't agree with me.
