3 types of days - weigh less - weigh the same - put on more weight...

3 types of diets - 1st limits amounts - 2nd limits food types - 3rd is a combination of diet 1 and 2...

None normally take into account Day 3's such as Xmas, Birthdays, Parties etc

Birthdays are Gods way of sharing the joy of Cake...

Just some random thoughts whilst sitting in a cake shop...
