Yay! I'm really glad you liked the 1000 workout, intense isn't it? I'm trying to do it once a week right now (Mondays... oh dear, that's tomorrow haha) but my time last Monday was actually longer than the first time. 28 minutes... but I feel like I was more thorough so I guess that's probably a more realistic time. I'll try it again tomorrow.
I'm not sure when this was posted but I hope you were able to keep busy and resist the chocolate croissant! I'm all for some indulgences but not when you're on a roll!
