Thursday - Week 5, Day 2 5K to 10K
I got a 2 mile Walk Away the Pounds workout done when I got home from work. I was having dinner with a friend so I didn't have the time needed for the run. I really had good intentions of doing the run when I got home from dinner, but my belly just felt too full.
I was in my calorie range for the day.
I only got 6 glasses of water in for the day.
Day 4 of 4 this week!
